Strategic identity for an Audio Production Company
Having been tied to 1 large client such as the BBC for a number of years, we needed to re-establish a clear identity to the Tandem Audio brand.
The problem
Tandem Productions had become heavily reliant on 1 big customer - the BBC, producing quality audio productions for a range of radio and podcast shows. Although this was good and provided them with plenty of work, they realised that over time they had neglected the brand and hung too much reliance on this one main customer. The branding was looking a bit dated and their messaging was not clear enough and generally they had lost relevancy in a highly competitive market.
It was time to future proof the brand and give them back their own identity away from their associations with the BBC.
How we helped
Through an in depth discovery and 'BrandStorming' session with the leadership team and other team members we helped them re-discover the foundational elements of the brand and define sub brands relating to various unique service offerings which required a new naming format. We also worked in partnership with our marketing partner Emilie Heaney, to establish clear messaging and content and built the brand around the purpose and core values of the business

Working with their website provider to update current website in line with new brand.

The result
The rebrand has transformed how they communicate their services to the world. They have a clear purpose and vision that the whole team is now aligned to and in turn this has given them the confidence to go out into the world and promote themselves properly without being embarrassed by their out of date image.
The vibrant colour scheme is now being rolled out across their marketing and now adorns all their location based kit making them recognisable to clients and a key talking point.
